This section of the Web
site is open just to members of the Illinois Society
of Anesthesiologists. If you are a member, and you have not changed your
username and password, you can access this section by using your
last name as it appears on your Membership Card and your ISA Membership ID
number. If you have changed your user name and password, please utilize your
selected username and password to gain access. If you have forgotten your
new username and password, please click on the link indicated below to have
your username and password e-mailed to you.
When you first access the Members Only section, a security screen will appear
that asks you to enter a username and password.
Username
In the space for "Username" on the security screen, please
type your last name exactly as it appears on your ISA Membership Card, entering
both upper and lower case characters.
Password
In the space for "Password" on the security screen, enter
your 5-digit ISA Membership ID number. If your ID number has leading zeros, i.e,
'00123', you should enter '123'. Do not include the leading zeros in your numeric
password.
Please Note: The security database of ISA members is updated once a month. If
you've recently joined, you may not yet be in the security database, but will be
added with the next month's update.
If you've entered your last name and your ISA Membership ID number correctly but
still cannot access the Members Only section, please e-mail info@isanesth.org.
